Pop On Veneers is an innovative direct-to-consumer brand on a mission to transform smiles worldwide. Our Shopify store is the backbone of our business, and we’re looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to help us grow our sales and enhance the customer experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist with extensive experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, increasing conversions, and implementing advanced e-commerce strategies. You’ll work closely with our team to refine our online store, implement tools, and create a seamless shopping experience that encourages customers to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
- Implement and manage tools like Rebuy, One Click Upsell, and Intelligems to increase conversions and average order value.
- Conduct landing page optimization to maximize conversions and user engagement.
- Perform A/B testing to identify and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve the store’s performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and growing Shopify stores.
- In-depth knowledge of tools like Rebuy, One Click Upsell, and Intelligems Testing.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive e-commerce decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS or basic Shopify theme customization.
