E-commerce Specialist for Shopify Store

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving sales, and providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to improve store visibility and conversions.
Monitor website performance and user experience, making adjustments as needed.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, utilizing social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and managing customer relationships through CRM tools.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, email marketing, social media).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (like Canva) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
A passion for e-commerce and customer satisfaction.
