As our Inventory Specialist, you'll be at the heart of international logistics, owning forecasting and supply planning to keep every marketplace fully stocked and optimized. What You'll Do:
- Own inventory tracking across 8+ global Amazon marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, EU, Japan).
- Use SoStocked to monitor sales velocity, inventory levels, and reorder points.
- Create and manage shipments from China to Amazon via Amazon Global Logistics and AWD.
- Update SoStocked with every shipment movement to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Cross-check data between SoStocked and Amazon Seller Central to validate accuracy.
- Adjust plans for seasonality (e.g. December sales spikes) and lead times (manufacturing, freight, FC transfer).
- Generate actionable inventory reports and communicate upcoming stockout risks.
- Take initiative on reordering, restocking, and transferring inventory based on sales trends and stock levels.

Who You'll Work With:
You'll work closely with Art, your direct manager, and collaborate with other key stakeholders across the e-commerce and operations team. You’ll be expected to fully own your domain and bring strategic thinking to every inventory and logistics decision.

Who We're Looking For:
- Amazon Logistics Expertise: 2+ years of experience in Amazon logistics and inventory management and deep knowledge of FBA processes, Amazon Global Logistics, and AWD shipments.
- SoStocked Power User: Proficient in using SoStocked for forecasting, planning, and inventory analysis.
- Critical Thinker: Able to identify discrepancies in projections, investigate anomalies, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Excel Proficiency: Comfortable creating custom reports and summaries based on SoStocked and Amazon data.
- Ownership Mentality: Takes initiative and responsibility for ensuring inventory levels support sales targets.
- Cross-Marketplace Insight: Experience handling inventory across multiple regions with separate supply chains is a plus, but not necessary.
