E-commerce & Operations Coordinator

This role is for a partner operating in a retail and e-commerce partner specializing in artisan-made food products and handcrafted home décor originating in the Mediterranean region. The company is dedicated to offering unique, high-quality goods while supporting ethical sourcing and traditional craftsmanship.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries for e-commerce orders.
Manage and optimize listings & storefronts (Shopify, Etsy, Faire, Wayfair, Amazon).
Support promotional activities and store campaigns.
Assist with account management across various platforms.
Create simple marketing materials (banners, social posts) using AI/design tools.
Help with general operations & virtual assistance as needed.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Faire, Wayfair, Amazon.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic marketing & design skills (Canva, AI tools, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to optimize listings for visibility.
Willingness to take on varied operations tasks as needed.
