E-commerce Operations, Book Kepper & CEO Support Specialist - Be the Engine of Our Growth!
Maratau Performance Marketing is a dynamic agency helping brands thrive on Amazon. We're seeking an energetic, organized, quick-learning E-commerce Operations, Book Kepper & CEO Support Specialist with impeccable English communication skills. You'll handle financials, client communication, executive scheduling, and performance reporting – all while contributing to a positive and productive team environment. If you're a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for e-commerce, a drive to learn new technologies, and exceptional English language proficiency, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Brand Bookkeeping and financial record management.
Professional email correspondence and client communication.
Executive calendar management and scheduling.
Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
General administrative support.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Xero or QuickBooks (preferred) or a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA (a plus).
Demonstrated ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

3). Imagine a client upset that their monthly meeting has had to be rescheduled. How would you handle the situation, and what steps would you take to resolve their concerns?

4). This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Can you describe your experience with Excel, including specific functions or formulas you're comfortable using?
