Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Associate to manage backend ecommerce operations, marketplace management, and day-to-day execution.

This role starts as part-time but has the potential to scale into a full-time position based on performance. You will report to the Ecommerce Operations Manager and support the Managing Partner on marketplace operations. The role will begin with one brand and expand to multiple brands as we scale.

Your primary focus will be on backend operations, website optimization, and marketplace management to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment, tracking, and issue resolution with the CX team.
- Support marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Handle backend operations such as inventory tracking, SKU management, and reporting.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurately updated.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify conversion issues and recommend fixes.
- Test checkout processes and user experience for functionality.
- Track sales trends, order data, and ad performance to support decision-making.
- Analyze marketplace performance and competitor strategies for optimization.
- Assist in developing SOPs for streamlined processes.
- Provide cross-functional coordination with marketing and operations teams.
- Support additional backend operational tasks as needed.

Requirements
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Please only apply if you have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong focus on Shopify.
- Hands-on experience managing backend Shopify operations, including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, SKU management, and marketplace listings.
- Experience with website optimization, funnel testing, and conversion tracking is a plus.

Note: If your experience is primarily in customer service, social media, or general admin tasks without Shopify backend management, this role may not be the right fit.
