JOB OVERVIEW

Working Hours: 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday

E-commerce Recruitment (HR) – 70-80% of role
- Scout and recruit top-tier talent for our e-commerce brands, targeting roles like video editors (crafting scroll-stopping TikTok clips, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts that drive clicks), copywriters (SEO masters and social ad copy experts who boost conversions), and graphic designers (designing bold, eye-catching visuals for social feeds that scream brand identity).
- Tap into e-commerce networks like Upwork, Fiverr, and OnlineJobs.ph—plus niche Upgrade to see actual info creator communities and Facebook groups—to uncover standout creators who can amplify our high-tech gadget and beauty/cosmetic brands online.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends—like AI tools, TikTok’s ever-shifting algorithms, Facebook ad optimization tricks, and YouTube Shorts growth hacks—to hire forward-thinking talent that keeps us at the forefront of the industry.
- Own the hiring process from start to finish, tracking key metrics like time-to-fill, candidate fit, and retention rates to build a lean, high-impact team that thrives in our fast-paced digital ecosystem.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support our e-commerce goals.

E-commerce Customer Service (CS) – 20-30% of role
- Field customer inquiries and complaints about our high-tech gadgets and beauty products across TikTok comments, Facebook messages, YouTube replies, email, and website chat with speed and professionalism.
- Resolve issues efficiently—handling disputes, order issues, and product concerns—to maintain customer satisfaction and trust in our brands.
- Analyze feedback and complaint data from social platforms and other channels, compiling statistics to identify trends, reduce dispute percentages, and improve our online retail operations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to enhance customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience in the e-commerce field (required), ideally with digital roles like video editors or social media creators, no experience will not be considered.
- Proven customer service skills in an online retail setting, with expertise in resolving complaints and disputes.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and social channels (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Insight into trends like AI automation, Facebook ad tactics, TikTok virality, and YouTube Shorts growth.
- Ability to analyze data and compile statistics to drive process improvements.
- Passion for gadgets and/or beauty products to connect with our audience!
