JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences. We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Specialist who has experience working with Shopify to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Resolve order issues, including returns, refunds, tracking updates, and product questions.
Monitor and manage Shopify orders, ensuring smooth order processing.
Assist customers with product recommendations and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the team to identify and address recurring issues, suggesting process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Shopify
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Tech-savvy with experience using customer support tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar).
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in different time zones or on weekends if needed.
