Role Overview
As an E-Support Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their enquiries, matching them with the best provider, and resolving their concerns efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via our custom Zoho CRM.
Data entry of appointment times adding to the crm calendar in bulk.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Track, document, and follow up on customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies.

Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service, e-support, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in using online tools and platforms for communication and task management.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
