JOB OVERVIEW

My name is Joel, and I run a high-growth e-commerce brand. We’re currently searching for a killer video editor who can help us scale by creating high-converting video ads for Meta & TikTok.

This is NOT just another editing gig. We’re looking for someone who understands direct-response marketing, how to stop the scroll, and how to craft engaging, high-ROAS ad creatives. Your work directly impacts ad performance, and we’ll track results to make sure we’re producing top-tier content.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing engaging, high-retention ad creatives using our existing UGC content
- Implementing proven direct-response strategies that drive high CTR & conversion rates
- Working closely with our creative strategist & media buyers to refine performance
- Testing multiple variations of creatives to see what works at scale
- Iterating based on ad performance data to improve results

What We’re Looking For
- You MUST understand direct-response marketing. This isn’t just “editing”—we need someone who knows how to craft engaging ad narratives that convert.
- A strong portfolio of e-commerce ad creatives. If you’ve worked on brands that scaled, we need to see it.
- Ability to repurpose content into multiple variations. Different hooks, styles, and angles—the more we test, the more we win.
- Speed + Quality. We move fast, but we don’t sacrifice impact. You should be able to turn around iterations quickly while maintaining high-quality edits.

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay Per Video – Paid per deliverable
- Performance Bonuses – If your ad scales to $10K+ in spend at a profitable ROAS, you get a profit-share percentage!
- Long-Term Work – If you consistently deliver winning creatives, we want you as a long-term partner with regular work
