We are a fast-growing natural skincare brand specializing in acne and hyperpigmentation solutions. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Operations Manager to act as a right-hand person to the founder.

We need someone who:
? Has at least 5+ years of eCommerce operations experience.
? Can create and refine SOPs to improve efficiency.
? Can manage inventory forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
? Understands financial reporting and can track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
? Can oversee customer service operations, ensuring high response times and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
???? Operations & SOP Management
Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all major processes.
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency across customer service, inventory management, and social media operations.
???? Inventory Management & Forecasting
Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory needs to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
Manage vendor relations and ensure a smooth supply chain.
???? Financial Oversight
Track revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
Generate basic financial reports to optimize cash flow and profitability.
???? Social Media & Customer Support Oversight
Ensure smooth management of customer service teams (handling queries, complaints, and issue resolution).
Coordinate with the social media manager to maintain strong online engagement.

Review ad creatives and provide feedback to improve performance.
Work with the marketing team to analyze ad data and optimize strategies.
???? Supplier & Vendor Management
Handle supplier relationships and problem-solve stock issues (e.g., delays, pricing, quality).
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
???? Experience: 5+ years in eCommerce operations, preferably with Shopify,
???? Skills: Strong inventory forecasting, financial reporting, and SOP creation experience.
???? Tools: Proficiency in Shopify, Gorgias (or other customer support tools), Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, and Asana/Notion.
???? Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives efficiency without constant supervision.
