Starting Pay: $800/month (with room for increases and performance-based bonuses)

Responsibilities:

Create subject lines and preview text that get high open rates.

Write educational, promotional, and value-focused email campaigns that engages and nurtures email list subscribers.

Write high-converting automated email flow copy that match brand messaging.

Work with designers and strategists to ensure effective messaging.

Test and optimize email copy to improve performance.

Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.

Expectations:

Write on-brand, effective email copy that gets results.

Understand direct response marketing principles.

Be familiar with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.

Know e-commerce and customer psychology.

Have strong attention to detail and maintain brand tone.

Meet deadlines and work independently.

Requirements:
