Who You Are
You are a reliable and passionate, results-based, hands-on digital marketing and e-commerce professional who thrives in the luxury fashion space. You have a stellar history in running FB/IG ads with positive ROI/ROAS consistently. You are comfortable working alone to be great in your zone, and you are also multi-talented greatness in your ability to collaborate and get along with others. You have experience managing Shopify, paid FB Ads, SEO, and customer service for high-end products or brands. You can wear multiple hats, execute projects, and optimize performance remotely while maintaining an elevated brand image as an instrumental and public figure of ONE BRAND. You are kind and competent with Artificial Intelligence, capable of collaborating and handling data entry and implementation. You excel in coordinating marketing, creative, and design teams, as well as supporting founders in achieving daily greatness. You bring your A-Game for an A-Team that’s full of Aces.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
* Oversee Shopify store operations, product listings, and inventory coordination.
* Optimize user experience and ensure seamless checkout & post-purchase flow.
Digital Marketing & Ads
* Plan, execute, and analyze
* Optimize campaigns for luxury buyers and high-ticket conversions.
SEO & Content Strategy
* Ensure website and product pages are optimized for SEO & organic traffic.
* Collaborate on high-end brand storytelling and content creation.
Luxury Customer Service & Community Engagement
* Deliver premium customer support via
* Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients & VIP customers.
Business Strategy & Growth
* Analyze data and provide reports on marketing, sales, and customer behavior.
* Recommend hiring and scaling strategies as the brand grows.
Other Assigned Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to founders, including scheduling & task management.
* Assist in coordinating team meetings, reporting, and operations tracking.
* Handle business correspondence,
* Conduct research and data organization for strategic decision-making.
* Help oversee remote teams and maintain efficient workflows.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service (Luxury industry preferred).
* Strong Shopify experience (Managing products, themes, integrations, and optimizations).
* Expertise in
* Experience providing high-touch customer service for premium brands.
* Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Prior experience scaling an online business or brand as an entrepreneur or employee in marketing and operations support roles is a plus. If you have Shopify management experience, you will also be considered. Virtual and executive assistance skills are positive strengths and traits as well. The position requires a self-starter who is experienced in directing traffic via paid and organic FB/IG Ads.
The role is a Part-Time 1099 contractor billet position that can begin immediately at a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a Full-Time 40 hour billet opportunity becoming available March 31, 2025. This is a rolling opportunity that requires the appropriate person to become a Lead of ONE.
