E-Commerce Conversion Specialist

About Us
Hole In 1 Sweepstakes is a print-on-demand and sweepstakes-focused Shopify store. We’re already live and averaging a 1% conversion rate, but we’re looking for someone to help us optimize the site and boost conversions.

What You’ll Do
Increase Conversions: Identify quick wins and longer-term strategies to improve our Shopify conversion rate. Doing so by optimizing page layouts, A/B testing, web copy/content, etc.
Optimize Operations: Keep the store running smoothly, fix issues fast, implement apps to improve site.
Analyze & Report: Track key metrics, report on progress, and propose improvements.

What We’re Looking For
Experience with Shopify and conversion optimization.
Analytical mindset, data-driven approach.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Able to self manage tasks, share goals and achieve them.
Bonus: Familiarity with Klaviyo (or other email marketing tools).
