E-Commerce Bookkeeper – E-Commerce Dropshipping

About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple Shopify dropshipping stores. We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to track and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of e-commerce bookkeeping, including tracking all relevant expenses and costs related to Shopify, ads, and product fulfillment, using Google Sheets as the primary accounting tool.

Key Responsibilities:
# P&L Management:
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports for multiple Shopify stores using Google Sheets.
- Reconcile all sales, refunds, and chargebacks accurately.

# Expense Tracking:
- Track all Shopify-related expenses and transaction fees.
- Record and categorize advertising costs (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) at the order level.
- Ensure proper allocation of cogs, payment processor fees, and any additional operational expenses.

Requirements:
# Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping.
- Strong understanding of Shopify transactions, payment processors, and ad spend tracking.
- Proven experience managing COGS, including complex bundle-based calculations.

# Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to provide clear financial reports and actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stores simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with dropshipping businesses specifically.
- Knowledge of best practices for structuring financial data in Google Sheets.
