E-Commerce Assistant | Customer Support and Fullfilment for Fashion Brand

You will work as a customer support representative for a Swiss Fashion brand and you will also handle all the fulfillment.

6 Days a week, Mo to Saturday, from 6 am Swiss Time to 3 pm (1 hour break) 8 Hours
Always 8 hours a day except Saturday 4 hours

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE

MIN 2 YEARS OF USING SHOPIFY
3 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT
ORDER PROCESSING VIA ALIEXPRESS (COPY PASTE) AND ALIBABA
