JOB OVERVIEW

As WatchNation, an online watch retail business based in the UK, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Bay Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing E-Bay listings, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Listing Management: Create, optimise, and manage E-Bay listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and visual appeal.

Sales Optimisation: Implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates, including keyword research, A/B testing, and promotional activities.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.

Data Analysis: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimise listings, and measure success.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Driving Optimised Ads: Collaborate with our internal marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on E-Bay.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in E-Bay sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of E-Bay's policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using E-Bay seller tools and analytics.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Chrono24) would be a significant advantage.


Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of graphic design.
Experience with digital marketing and SEO.
