Position Overview:

As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our daily operations, ensuring seamless quote management, CRM accuracy, and team support. You'll need strong English communication skills and the ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time hours. Your journey with us starts with a 30-day comprehensive training program, with ample opportunities for growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

*Quote Management: Manage policy quotes across multiple platforms, submit forms for various carriers, and handle approximately 15 personal and commercial line quotes daily (using Turborater for auto policies).

*CRM Management: Ensure our CRM is up-to-date and accurate. Responsibilities include uploading policies, entering new quotes and policies into NPQ CRM, and sending timely client reminders via RingCentral for payments or policy renewals/cancellations.

*Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy in all tasks, including data entry and quote generation.

*Team Development: Review agent calls to identify improvement opportunities, providing coaching and feedback to assist in overall team success.

*Adaptability: Be ready to learn and integrate new systems and platforms to improve operational efficiency.
