- Strong analytics + optimization skills (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
- Deep understanding of TOF/MOF/BOF funnels
- Familiar with Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking
- Design experience (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a big plus
- Must be able to work **EST hours**
