JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a U.S.-based real estate company specializing in buying, selling, and investing in vacant land.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate property closings with title companies and attorneys. (this will be tested)
Research, call, text and manage vendors (surveyors, perc testers, realtors).
Maintain and update the CRM system.
Conduct property due diligence (training provided).
Support operational tasks like follow-ups and document organization.
Call counties within the US to get relevant information for due diligence. (this will be tested)

What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in real estate or CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Great English Speaking and Writing skills (this will be tested)
