Dear Virtual Assistants,

I am seeking a Dropshipping Operations Manager to support various tasks essential for the smooth operation of our dropshipping business. Initially, this will be a part-time role with the potential to evolve into a full-time position as responsibilities increase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Monitoring whether our team meets their daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Creation of a Shopify store following specific instructions.
- Managing multiple dropshipping Google Sheets and creating sheets to improve the overview of a particular department.
- Collaborating with the customer service department to ensure the smooth operation of all support emails and payment processors, such as PayPal and Airwallex.

Potentially Additional Responsibilities (as the role expands):
- Daily Facebook ads media buying.
- Conducting product research.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical excellence
- Experience in finance
- Experience in Google sheets
- Experience in Shopify management.
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with media buying is a plus
