We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in e-commerce dropshipping to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional support to customers in the EU market for a leading e-commerce dropshipping company
- Handle customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues
- Manage and troubleshoot tasks on platforms like Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe
- Utilize tech tools to manage and track customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in handling customers from the EU Market (Germany, Netherlands, etc.) for a dropshipping business is a MUST
- Proven experience working with all of the following tools: Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe to resolve customer-related issues (e.g., order management, payment concerns)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using tools like DeepL and ChatGPT is a plus.
- Availability to work remotely within 8am - 4pm Germany Time (CET) spread across 6 days (6 hours per day)
