Supply Chain Manager

For our fast-growing Dutch dropshipping business, we are on track to hit 8 figures this year. To achieve this, we are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize logistics, supplier relationships, and fulfillment efficiency.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in supply chain management for a dropshipping store, be well-versed in Shopify, and have strong coordination skills. You will oversee supplier communication, inventory tracking, fulfillment operations, and logistics coordination, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective supply chain process.

Do you have experience managing a dropshipping supply chain?
Do you have experience negotiating with suppliers and optimizing fulfillment operations?
Are you familiar with Shopify order processing and inventory management?
Can you monitor logistics performance and work with suppliers to prevent stock issues?
Are you comfortable with tracking and improving key supply chain KPIs?
Are you highly structured and detail-oriented?
Are you available 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?

As a Supply Chain Manager, you must have:
? Proven experience in supply chain management for a dropshipping business (Must)
? Expertise in supplier negotiation and relationship management (Must)
? Strong knowledge of Shopify fulfillment and order tracking (Must)
? Experience with international shipping & customs processes (Must)
? Ability to monitor and optimize delivery times and logistics costs (Must)
? Experience tracking and improving KPIs (lead times, order accuracy, costs, etc.) (Must)
? Familiarity with supply chain tools like Google Sheets, Monday.com, and Slack (Must)
? Understanding of advertising-related supply chain demand planning (Preferred)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
???? Supplier Communication: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable stock availability.
???? Order Fulfillment Oversight: Ensuring all orders are processed on time and efficiently through Shopify and supplier platforms.
???? Inventory & Stock Management: Tracking stock levels to prevent overselling, delays, or stock shortages.
???? Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Optimizing shipping routes and costs to reduce delays and improve delivery speeds.
???? KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Maintaining key performance metrics in Google Sheets and tracking order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and costs.
???? SOP Compliance: Ensuring that all supply chain processes follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
???? Continuous Process Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks and improving supply chain workflows for better efficiency and cost savings.
