Drop Shipping Specialist

Flore Beauty is looking for a Drop Shipping Specialist, mid-level to support the e-commerce platform. Responsibilities include responsible for managing an online retail business without maintaining physical inventory. This role involves sourcing products, coordinating with suppliers, processing customer orders, and ensuring a smooth fulfillment process. The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce knowledge, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of online marketing strategies is crucial for this role.?

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely product availability.
• Product Research & Selection: Identify trending and profitable products from reliable suppliers.
• Supplier Management: Partner with wholesalers and manufacturers for seamless fulfillment.
• Online Store Management: List products, optimize descriptions, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with suppliers to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Marketing & Advertising: Run digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels with suppliers to prevent overselling.
• Payment Processing & Refunds: Manage transactions and resolve disputes as needed.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track conversion rates, and optimize strategies.
• Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations
• Leads by example and models a passion for the business as well as demonstrates a proactive and solution orientated style
• Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics
• Strong Excel capabilities preferred and capability to use Web Analytics platforms
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Spotify, Amazon, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
• Familiarity with supplier platforms (Oberlo, CJ Dropshipping, etc.)
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Remote, flexible work schedule.
• Requires internet access and proficiency with eCommerce tools.
