Requirements:
- Minimum of 2.5 years in drafting or CAD design, preferably in construction, engineering, or architecture industries.
- Expertise in software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit, with a solid grasp of drafting principles and techniques.
- Preferred: experience with Buildxact, or willingness to undergo training.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations for architectural, civil, or mechanical projects.
- Strong accuracy in creating technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, manage priorities, and resolve design challenges efficiently.

Core responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans using specifications, sketches, and instructions provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
- Develop accurate and precise drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software, incorporating dimensions, annotations, and symbols as required.
- Assist in preparing and modifying layouts, blueprints, and technical documents for various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to review drawings, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary corrections.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation while adhering to document control standards.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Estimating builds via Buildxact - training provided.
