Role Overview
We are seeking a Drafter with strong technical drafting skills to create precise 2D construction plans. You will work closely with Landscape Designers and Senior Drafters to develop high-quality blueprints that guide contractors in executing projects accurately.

Key Responsibilities
???? Drafting & Design Documentation:

Produce detailed 2D construction plans, including Site Development, Landscape, Hardscape, Lighting, Drainage, and Material Specifications Plans.
Create and refine drawings using SketchUp Layout & AutoCAD.
Incorporate accurate material specifications, dimensions, and callouts.
Revise plans based on feedback from Senior Drafters & Design Leads.
???? Collaboration & Quality Control:

Work closely with Landscape Designers to ensure the design intent is accurately translated into construction-ready documents.
Maintain high drafting standards to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Organize project files and annotations for easy access by contractors and team members.
What We’re Looking For
?? Proficiency in SketchUp Layout & AutoCAD (mandatory)
?? Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and measurements
?? Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
?? Strong communication and collaboration skills
?? Prior experience in drafting, construction, or a related field preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
???? Salary Progression:

$800/month (starting)
$900/month after 1 year
$1,000/month after 2 years
???? Bonuses & Incentives:

$150 for completing 12 projects in a month with minimal revisions
$100 for exceptional client feedback or exceeding project expectations
$300 for advanced drafting certifications
????? Equipment & Software Support:

Plugins & extensions to improve workflow
$500 workstation upgrade after 1 year
Full workstation refresh after 3 years
