Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Specialist to support our team in preparing for an upcoming audit. This role involves assembling various documents, editing forms, and incorporating our company logo into these documents to ensure they meet our branding and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in document editing software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Gather and organize documentation required for the audit process.
Edit and format forms and documents to meet specific requirements.
Insert the company logo and adjust layout of documents for a professional and consistent look.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with tea
Manage document version control and ensure all materials are kept up-to-date.
Assist in developing templates and standardized forms for future use.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in document editing and design software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
