**Role Overview:**
The distribution executive plays a crucial role within the pod system at Fanshub as well as the wider agency. This position oversees and executes the distribution of social media content across Instagram and YouTube, communicates daily with the pod managers and content executive, as well as the editing team. By handling these key areas, this role ensures smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient content delivery across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Distribute and deliver all content to desired platforms**
• Oversee the **Social media distribution process**, ensuring all content is properly prepared and organised.
• Manage some **analysis tasks** behind the scenes for creators.
• Ensure a **seamless onboarding experience**, providing support and integration for new models to distribution platforms
**Daily Communication**
• Serve as the last barrier between the agency and the social media platforms ensuring all content that goes out is of an A+ standard (relative to the content creators standards)
• Report updates to the pod manager for his/her **day-to-day interactions** between models and the agency.
• Direct **group chat conversations** to the distribution department, regularly engaging on conversation with other distribution executives.
• Conduct regular **check-ins and calls** to support pod manager.
**Creator Retention & Risk Mitigation**
• Give regular updates to the Pod manager so they can monitor creator **retention risks** using the **Notion document**.
• Regularly engage with social media platforms, news and trending ideas to report back to the content executive, Creative Director and Assistant Creative Director
**Staff & Virtual Assistant (VA) Onboarding & Management**
• Once a new Distribution Executive has onboarded with a new pod, ensure you are available to offer support, training and guidance.
**Content Distribution & Social Media Management**
• Report back to the pod manager so that they can Manage the **distribution team** responsible for IG, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Work with the **marketing team & VAs** to ensure a **sufficient supply of content** across all platforms.
• Regularly update the **creators content calendars each month.**
• Advise on the development **systems and strategies** to optimise content distribution.
**S.O.P Maintenance and Management**
- Regularly review and maintain your departments S.O.P inline with new updates, news and working strategies
