JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Dispute Manager to handle chargebacks, claims, inquiries, and RFIs for our dropshipping stores. If you're skilled in managing disputes across PayPal, AirWallex, and Shopify (Ocean Payment), we want to hear from you!

What will be your main responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming claims, chargebacks, and RFIs within 3-6 hours.
- Maintain a 90%+ success rate in dispute resolution.
- Work closely with the customer service team to minimize disputes before they escalate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience handling chargebacks and disputes on PayPal, AirWallex, and Shopify (Ocean Payments is a plus).
- Track record of successfully resolving chargebacks and inquiries for dropshipping businesses.
- Be able to communicate with the customer service representatives to minimize disputes.
