Dispute Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Dispute Resolution Manager who is passionate about conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our customer relationships and ensuring that disputes are handled efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer disputes promptly and effectively.
- Oversee dispute resolution processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.
- Enhance our dispute resolution framework and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
- Ensure timely responses to all dispute inquiries
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Required Platform Knowledge:
- Klarna (Disputes)
- PayPal (Disputes)
- Shopify (Chargebacks & eCommerce platform)
- Re:amaze (Support help desk)

What We're Looking For:
- Fluent English skills (written and verbal).
- A minimum of two years of experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, motivation, and a desire for professional growth.
