We are looking for a Dispute Manager to handle and challenge PayPal disputes for our dropshipping business. You will communicate daily with our customer service team to ensure that customers who have filed a dispute are convinced to withdraw it – for example, by offering discounts or alternative solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and challenge disputes through PayPal
Collaborate with our customer service team to reach out to customers and offer solutions
Develop strategies to minimize the number of disputes
Negotiate with customers to convince them to withdraw their dispute
Provide daily reports on the status of ongoing cases
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with PayPal disputes and chargebacks (a plus)
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset
Experience in dropshipping or e-commerce is preferred
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proactive, problem-solving, and reliable
Must be available daily – no exceptions
A stable and strong WiFi connection (essential!)
Work Hours & Compensation:
Starting at 1 hour per day (to test and optimize the workflow)
Once everything runs smoothly, we will scale up to 2 hours per day
