JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle daily customer inquiries for our online shop.

We’re especially searching for someone that is specialized in Dispute Management and focuses on reducing the Dispute rate from our payment providers with the provided SOPs from our side.

Since our customers primarily speak and write in German, it’s essential for applicants to be fluent in German. The representative will use ChatGPT for translations and will respond to customer requests based on our clear guidelines.
