JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Dispositions Administrative Coordinator to assist our Disposition Manager in managing property listings, optimizing our sales pipeline, and enhancing our buyer database. This role is critical to our land development and flipping business, focusing on improving operational efficiency and ensuring a smooth transaction process from listing to closing.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in CRM management with a strong ability to communicate effectively and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

Listing & Marketing Management
• Create and manage property listings across platforms such as Facebook, Upgrade to see actual info, WordPress, etc.
• Refresh and optimize listings regularly to ensure visibility and accuracy.
• Monitor listing performance, track engagement metrics, and apply data-driven improvements to enhance lead generation.
• Respond to buyer inquiries, and ensure consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Promote listings on Facebook and other channels to increase traction and visibility.

CRM & Data Management
• Maintain accurate and organized buyer records using Follow Up Boss or similar CRM systems.
• Implement automated follow-up campaigns to enhance buyer engagement.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Manage data accuracy and lead organization to ensure streamlined processes.

Sales & Transaction Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, maintaining a seamless experience for interested buyers.
• Identify bottlenecks within the sales process and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

Required:
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data management tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with a creative approach to presenting properties. (Kindly provide samples of work)

Preferred:
• Experience in real estate transactions, land development, or sales operations.
• Familiarity with DocuSign or similar contract management tools.
• Background in revenue operations, lead generation, or social media marketing.
• Experience promoting listings on Facebook and other platforms to boost engagement.
