Disposition Manager (Real Estate) – Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with at least 3 years of real estate experience? Do you have excellent English communication skills (no accent preferred) and the ability to manage realtors, drone photographers, and freelancers effectively?

We are looking for a Disposition & Marketing Manager to oversee our real estate listing processes, manage realtors, and ensure our properties are marketed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Finding & Managing Realtors
Identify and build relationships with realtors
Gather 2-3 realtor opinions on each land parcel
Analyze comparable sold listings and days on market
Ensure at least one realtor visits the land before closing
Educate realtors on our process and confirm commission structures
Verify realtors highlight the benefits of the area
Finding & Managing Freelancers
Work with graphic designers on Upwork
Hire drone photographers on Upgrade to see actual info
Provide clear content instructions and organize delivered materials
Building & Managing Listings
Ensure listings include edited photos, video flyovers, and compelling descriptions
Share content with realtors and ensure timely listing launches
Track views, saves, and days on market for each listing
Maintain a documented tracker of all active and sold listings
Implement price reduction strategies when necessary
Tracking KPIs & Team Communication
Maintain a Realtor Performance Document
Track active and sold listings
Keep the team updated on new listings, offers, and market performance via Slack
Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator (TC) on realtor agreements and commissions

Tools & Requirements
Experience using Pebble, RingCentral, and Google Workspace
Strong internet connection with a backup device
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
Fluent English speaker (no accent preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze market data
Experience managing listings, marketing content, and freelancers

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
