Role Overview
City Air HVAC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatching Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the critical link between our customers and service technicians, handling service requests, managing phone lines, and ensuring smooth coordination. If you’re a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming service requests via phone and log them accurately.
Dispatch service technicians efficiently and effectively.
Provide timely updates to customers on service requests.
Use company software to manage schedules and track progress (training provided).
Maintain a professional and friendly tone on all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems (training provided).
Additional Requirements:

Must complete a personality assessment as part of the hiring process.
Ability to work full-time with flexibility as needed.
Compensation & Perks
Starting Pay: $3.50/hour
Probation Raise: Increase to $4.50/hour after 90 days.
Quarterly Bonus: Performance-based bonuses to reward excellence.

Orientation: January 3, 2025 (2-hour session).
