Elite Luxury Transport LLC is a premier transportation and limousine service provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and can multitask effectively, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer requests.
•Monitor drivers making sure they are awake, leave on time, and have enough time for next reservation
• Monitor reservations and flight of any changes and making sure the driver assign will still be able to make it
• Monitor drivers’ performance and address any issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Answer incoming calls from clients and companies, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
• Confirm reservations and ensure all details are accurate.
• Manage and update scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Check and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Ensure all reservations match and are properly documented in the system.
• Handle any last-minute changes or adjustments professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field preferred. Please let me know if you are familiar with LimoAnywhere
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using scheduling software, email, and other relevant tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Compensation:
• Based on experience and availability.
