** Dispatch Specialist **
Job Summary:
Dispatch Specialist is responsible for coordinating all dispatches within the Support Department to a customer’s premise. This role reports to the Field Support Manager.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Responsible for the coordination of technicians to customer locations
• Creating and sending work orders to assign technicians
• Receiving and processing completed work orders
• Responding to phone calls and
• Assigning cases according to company procedures
• Update dashboard and monitoring queue for new work
• Processing subcontractor invoices and updating cases
• Updating Account records and contact information
• Consistently treating all communications, internal and external, professionally, honestly and respectfully
• Accepts ownership and accountability of position responsibilities and strives to deliver results for customers that establish high standards, credibility and quality performance
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Ability to learn and comprehend technical language
• Outgoing personality
• Multi- tasking
