We’re looking for a hungry, detail-oriented video editor who wants to become a killer in direct response marketing. Not just someone who knows how to cut clips—but someone who wants to build a skillset that drives conversions, revenue, and performance.

We’re looking for character first, skill second. We can teach editing. We can’t teach work ethic.
You’ll be trained in a proven system that’s generated multiple 6-figure funnels. You’ll work directly with a founder who’s built and tested hundreds of VSLs. And you’ll get better, faster than anywhere else.
REQUIREMENTS:
Some experience editing direct response content (YouTube/Meta ads, native, VSLs, etc.)
Strong understanding of cold traffic pacing, viewer psychology, and engagement
Ability to match visuals to a script (no lazy mismatches)
Willingness to find real, engaging, non-stock footage
Bonus: experience with 3D animation or overlays
Fluent in Adobe Premiere / After Effects (or equivalent tools)
Reliable, coachable, proactive
Able to follow SOPs and meet deadlines
Comfortable taking feedback and executing revisions fast
Big plus if you’ve studied marketing, storytelling, or copywriting
HOW THE HIRING PROCESS WORKS:
1. Free Test Task (15 seconds):
We’ll send a short script and basic SOP. You’ll edit the first 15 seconds.
We’re testing for:
How fast you deliver
How closely you follow instructions
How well you communicate
File naming, formatting, attention to detail
2. Paid Test Task (60 seconds):
Top 5 editors will get a longer script. We’ll pay you to complete the next 60 seconds.
3. Final Round (Full VSL):
Top 2 editors will get detailed feedback and be asked to edit a full VSL.
4. Long-Term Role + Training:
We pick one editor to join our team. You’ll get weekly feedback calls, training, bonuses for top-performing edits, and a clear system to follow. This is how we scale products fast.

Weekly review calls: we show you what’s great and what to improve
Hooks are the most important—fast, unique, problem-relevant
Fewer stock clips, more documentary-style / real-world footage
3D animations for mechanism explanations
Split screens, red circles, news clips, overlays
Fast scene changes every 2–3 sec (in first 60 sec), then 3–5 sec pacing
Emotional match: sad scenes for pain, happy clips for benefits
Real-looking, US-based adults aged 45–70 only
Bonuses for high performers + extra pay for winning videos
DELIVERABLE EXPECTATIONS:
5 minutes of polished video in 24 hours (or 48 if not urgent)
5 solid hook variations per VSL
