High-Level Expectations:

We are seeking a Multimedia & E-Learning Content Specialist to bring our sales training materials to life through engaging visual design, document formatting, PowerPoint creation, and AI-driven video content production. This role plays a key part in transforming training content into high-quality, interactive, and visually appealing learning materials.

Compensation:

-Starting Pay: $250 weekly
-After 6 Months: $330 weekly

Position Overview:

The Multimedia & E-Learning Content Specialist is responsible for designing, formatting, and visually enhancing training materials for our sales training programs. This role will work closely with our Sales Training Content Creator to transform written content into highly engaging, professional, and interactive multimedia resources.

This position requires strong graphic design skills, expertise in PowerPoint presentation design, basic video editing abilities, and proficiency with AI-driven video creation tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and able to convert complex training materials into visually compelling and easy-to-digest formats.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multimedia Content Development & Design

-Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations with clear, engaging layouts for training sessions.
-Format training documents, guides, and workbooks to ensure readability and branding consistency.
-Create customized sales training graphics, infographics, and visual aids to enhance learning retention.

2. AI Video Creation & Editing

-Utilize AI-driven video creation platforms to develop training videos based on provided scripts.
-Edit and enhance pre-recorded training videos, ensuring high-quality visuals, sound, and pacing.
-Add captions, animations, transitions, and other visual elements to create engaging e-learning content.

3. Branding & Consistency

-Ensure all training materials are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines, colors, and style.
-Maintain a consistent look and feel across all multimedia content.
-Improve existing training assets by enhancing visual design, flow, and interactivity.

4. Collaboration & Feedback Integration

-Work closely with the training content team, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure materials are optimized for learning effectiveness.
-Implement feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve training visuals.
-Adapt multimedia content to meet evolving business and training needs.

5. Project & Time Management

-Manage multiple design and video projects while ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality.
-Organize multimedia assets and maintain a structured content library for easy access.
-Keep track of deadlines, revisions, and version control to streamline workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
-Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation design tools.
-Experience using AI video creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, or similar) is a plus.
-Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Camtasia, or similar).
-Ability to transform text-based content into visually engaging multimedia materials.
-Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design principles.
-Detail-oriented and able to organize complex information into clear, digestible visuals.
-Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
-Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and necessary software for remote work.
-A portfolio showcasing design and multimedia projects is highly preferred.
