???? Your Role:
You’ll be the tech brain behind the operation, building and maintaining the systems that power:

Our funnels

Agent onboarding


Email and SMS automations

Digital product delivery

Webinar registration flows

CRM pipelines

Client nurturing campaigns

You’ll work alongside our CEO, Project Manager, and Tech Lead to make sure everything connects, works smoothly, and converts.

???? What You’ll Build and Manage:
? Go High Level (Required Proficiency):

Automations, triggers, workflows, tags, calendars, and pipelines

CRM cleanup, tagging structure, and funnel logic

Integration with Mailbox Power, Zapier, Circle, Stripe, Calendly, etc.

? Agent Onboarding + Training Systems:

Uploading and organizing modules on Circle (or similar platforms)

Guiding agents from "new signup" to "ready to sell" through automations and tagging

Creating checklists, quizzes, and progress tracking features

? Digital Product & Client Delivery:

Automating delivery of eBooks, checklists, webinars, and courses

Building thank-you pages, upsell flows, follow-up sequences, and email/SMS delivery

Setting up GHL to track product engagement and funnel steps

? Testing, QA & Optimization:

Regular testing for automation breakdowns and delivery errors

Reporting issues before they’re noticed

Keeping SOPs clean and systems future-ready

Using Upgrade to see actual info for all project tracking

???? Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience building systems in Go High Level

Experience supporting digital product businesses or service-based funnels

Excellent English (written + verbal)

Strong problem-solving and follow-through

Reliable internet and ability to work part-time on U.S. business hours

???? Position Details:
Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week to start)

Biweekly Pay: $200 USD

Reports to Project Manager & CEO

Long-term contract-to-hire potential as the company scales
