Digital Specialist and virtual assistant

I would like someone who can assist me in my business operations doing the following:
Learning our current and any new procedures that may be made
Can do good research when given an assignment to research
Has great english and good communications skills
Can help manage my communications, and follow up with other employees to make sure they're doing their tasks and or have the necessary information they need to complete it
Can help provide my clients and coworkers with necessary documentations when needed
Can take information and organize it well and logically in notion project management website
Can work both synchronously and asynchronously
Can successfully perform Microsoft excel and google spreadsheets, Slide presentations, and other related documents
Can work well with multiple people
Must be a good learner that does not need things repeated after they have been explained well and will do what it takes to minimize time wasted
Appreciate if they can manage our virtual accounts to connect things like Vercel, Git, and web domains(I can teach you if you don't know how)

I want to start slow with you, show you how we operate and then teach you our ways. Don't worry, I'm very flexible as long as I am receiving a strong commitment to improve from you, and see your determination.
Salary will depend on how well you can perform the tasks and if you're able to do other tasks not listed. All that really is required is that you're a good learner, can learn somewhat complex things, understand how we manage them and then be able to do these things without us having to tell you too much so we can focus on other things.

May need you to work some weekends but if I do you will work less other days. Some weeks you probably won't even have a full amount of work so I will ask you to do learning courses to learn new skills instead. Very flexible as long as you prove your commitment
