Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop ad materials that resonate with our target audience.
A/B Testing: Routinely test ad elements to determine the most effective strategies and approaches.
Performance Metrics: Keep track of all campaign metrics, focusing on optimizing the ROAS and overall ad effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on
Demonstrable track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns with significant ROI.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex data in an understandable way.
Strong analytical skills to review campaign performance and propose necessary adjustments.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance reporting.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work 5 to 10 hours each week ensuring ongoing campaign success.
Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must provide examples of previous campaigns they’ve managed, including metrics that demonstrate successful outcomes in terms of engagement, lead generation, and ROAS.
