Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer experienced in Facebook advertising for the life insurance sector. This individual must be adept at managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI. The successful candidate will work with our marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that convert viewers into leads.

Responsibilities:


Facebook
Ads Management: Launch, monitor, and tweak ad campaigns to ensure high performance and excellent return on ad spend (ROAS).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop ad materials that resonate with our target audience.
A/B Testing: Routinely test ad elements to determine the most effective strategies and approaches.
Performance Metrics: Keep track of all campaign metrics, focusing on optimizing the ROAS and overall ad effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on Facebook advertising, specifically in the life insurance industry.
Demonstrable track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns with significant ROI.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex data in an understandable way.
Strong analytical skills to review campaign performance and propose necessary adjustments.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance reporting.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work 5 to 10 hours each week ensuring ongoing campaign success.
Portfolio Requirement:

Candidates must provide examples of previous campaigns they’ve managed, including metrics that demonstrate successful outcomes in terms of engagement, lead generation, and ROAS.
