Key Responsibilities:
Website Development and Optimization:
Design, develop, and manage the company website(s) aligned with the brand’s image and goals.
Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user experience, including mobile responsiveness and speed.
Monitor and implement improvements based on user behavior and analytics data.
Social Media Management:
Create, launch, and manage social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram,
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
Monitor trends and interactions, responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
Analyze social media performance and implement strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Design and execute targeted
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
Continuously optimize
Customer Acquisition & Engagement:
Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with potential customers via online platforms and marketing channels.
Implement and test customer engagement strategies to attract both B2B and B2C clients.
Work on lead generation strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
Business Development (B2B & B2C):
Collaborate with the team to develop B2B and B2C business models that align with overall brand growth and customer acquisition.
Create partnerships with businesses and influencers that can amplify the brand’s reach.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Use analytics tools to monitor website, social media, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Analyze trends to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and brand development.
Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and
Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and
Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments.
Knowledge of content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
