ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help elevate the visibility and impact of Sound of Soma. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, administrative support, and content creation. This role requires both creativity and attention to detail while being able to work independently to meet deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT CREATION & MARKETING
- Design engaging visual content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for audience growth and lead generation.
- Create brand-aligned marketing materials to promote services and products.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns with a focus on client retention and lead generation.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and interactive posts.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.


EMAIL MARKETING, FUNNELS & SALES STRATEGY
- Build and optimize high-conversion landing pages for lead generation and sales.
- Develop strategic marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Use automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Manage schedules, class bookings, and appointments using Momence.
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain organized digital file management and record keeping.

MARKETING RESEARCH & SEO
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement basic SEO strategies for better website visibility.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage client feedback and follow-ups to enhance the customer experience.
