We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Expert who’s passionate about building high-converting funnels & email campaigns/sequences, optimizing Meta and Google ads, and delivering measurable results. If you love turning data into revenue and ideas into action, this is your opportunity to shine.

This job can be part time (30 hours) or full time: (40 hours)!

You’ll be joining two vibrant, growing brands—Leiki Boardshort Co. (premium surfwear company) and Rockstar Real Estate Group (US coastal-based real estate team)—where your work will directly impact growth, sales, and community connection.

This is a role for a true empire builder. Someone who thrives on taking ownership, testing new ideas, and scaling what works. You won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll shape the strategy and drive performance alongside a focused, mission, vision, and values-aligned team.

- Compensation: $6/ hour + 13th Month + 10 days paid vacation/ year after 6 months with the team
