Job Summary:
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and showcase our portfolio of award-winning designs. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of luxury design and the built environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with director to develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand visibility.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that highlights our projects, achievements, and industry insights.
• Maintain and update WordPress websites (uploads, minor edits, etc.).
• Create and optimise sales funnels to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Call and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Produce compelling, on brand marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and press releases.
• Develop and execute
• Coordinate photography and videography for project showcases, award submissions, and marketing content.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for industry events, award submissions, and client showcases.
• Create a compelling brand story for clients, ensuring their unique identity is effectively communicated.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights, lead conversion reports, and recommendations for improvement.
• Utilise graphic design abilities to create visually stunning marketing assets.
About You:
• Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in architecture, design, real estate, or luxury brands.
• Skills: Strong content creation, digital marketing, and social media management skills.
• Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, graphic design, and storytelling to showcase high-end design projects.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisation: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Passion: A strong appreciation for design, architecture, and the built environment.
