The Digital Marketing Specialist focuses on engaging new leads and nurturing existing customers through strategic outreach and targeted marketing campaigns. This role is integral to driving business growth by maximizing lead conversion, cross-promoting services, and maintaining a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Outreach
• Use SalesLoft to engage and follow up with cold leads through predefined Cadences, including leads from the CRM, purchased lists, and past inquiries.
• Reach out to leads generated through web forms, chat inquiries, and other sources to generate business opportunities.
Existing Customer Marketing
• Use MailChimp to create and send targeted campaigns to existing customers, focusing on cross-promotion (e.g., offering IT services to phone customers and vice versa).
• Develop and distribute monthly newsletters for Elevology and Elevate Technology to highlight updates, promotions, and new services.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and SEO Management
• Manage PPC campaigns for internal and customer projects, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Coordinate and oversee the SEO team (Boostability) for internal and client projects.
• Provide weekly updates to the team on SEO progress, rankings, and actionable strategies.
Content and Digital Presence
• Coordinate Elevate Technology’s web presence across blogs, social media, and video platforms.
• Post weekly blogs to the Elevate Technology website and share links on social media platforms.
• Publish videos weekly to appropriate platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, lead conversions) to refine strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and lead engagement for internal review.
Administrative and Creative Support
• Collaborate with the sales team to update lead lists and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Research industry trends to inform future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist with designing
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as SalesLoft, MailChimp, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience in managing PPC campaigns and coordinating SEO efforts.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in marketing for IT or technology services is a plus.
