Job Description

LeadOrigin is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and strong analytical skills to optimize performance and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
-Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building strategies.
-Manage PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for cost efficiency and conversions.
-Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
-Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
-Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking platforms.
-Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
-Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
-Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
-Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
-Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
-Experience in eCommerce, B2B marketing, or SaaS marketing.
-Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
