ROLE OVERVIEW:
One of our clients are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in generating leads, content management, blog creation, newsletter preparation, website updates, social media management. The business is energy saving technology solutions for SMB's in Australia. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate Leads: generate 10-15 leads per week to follow up in the Energy Savings Technology space.
- General Content: Catalog and repurpose content from various sources (books, blogs, podcasts, videos, testimonials).
- Develop monthly video content plans.
- Blogs: Identify new blog topics and SEO-optimize content.
- Bi-Weekly Newsletter: Create and send newsletters using Mailchimp, based on templates and outlines.
- Website Management: Update website with new media, testimonials, and client logos.
- Social Media Management: Develop a strategy for content calendar, edit clips, create playlist and regular posting.
- Conduct data analysis.
- Edit and design graphics using Canva.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in content management and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Ability to manage and supervise project-based contractors.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Mailchimp, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Medium, and other social media platforms.
