Job Description

Position:
Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and HubSpot Specialist

Compensation:
$500 - $1500 per month depending on candidates skills and experience.

Company Overview:
We are a small e-commerce business seeking a skilled marketing professional capable of creating and executing effective digital marketing campaigns. Our company operates within the aesthetics industry, where social media engagement is highly prevalent. Instagram is the main platform for the Aesthetics industry.

Role Description:
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a particular focus on platforms like Instagram. Additionally, proficiency in using and integrating HubSpot is a crucial requirement, as we aim to build a HubSpot CRM sales system connected to our website.

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
* Design and implement lead generation campaigns.
* Manage social media accounts, primarily Instagram, with responsibilities including daily posts, story uploads and DM's.
* Create engaging content; experience with Canva and CapCut or similar reel editing applications is essential.
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies.
* Building organic following and increasing organic engagement on posts
* Reporting weekly on engagement using analytics
* Brand ambassador onboarding
HubSpot Integration and Management:
* Connect HubSpot to our website to facilitate customer filtering through the HubSpot system.
* Consult on lead generation strategies and processes using HubSpot.
* Design and implement lead generation systems on HubSpot to support sales staff.
* Develop a comprehensive sales process in HubSpot and train sales staff in tracking and updating leads on hubspot from initial contact to sale completion.
* Demonstrate how to report on sales performance metrics, including monthly revenue, lead contact frequency, conversion rates, average order value, and more using HubSpot.
* Lead in the use of hubspot projects

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in social media management and marketing.
* Extensive experience using HubSpot, including connecting it to websites and creating lead generation and sales processes. We do not have anyone experience using hubspot in our business so we are looking for a specialist in hubspot to manage and implement this for us.
* Strong ability to report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
* Content creation experience required.

Additional Information:
We expect an intensive period initially to set up our systems, after which the workload is anticipated to potentially decrease, potentially allowing for a transition to part-time hours based on project demand. We should be able to offer full time hours for a good few months due to upcoming product launches that we will need assistance with. The candidate must be capable of optimising our use of HubSpot to maximise its benefits for both management and sales staff.
